What is Trance Planet?

Trance Planet is a trance music community. Basically, it's a social network, place where trancers from around the world can get together and interact. On Trance Planet you can find different content about trance music – news, reviews, articles… People can register and create their unique trance profiles, manage their buddylists, write blogs, upload photos, interact with other members, write comments to the website content etc… Registered users can also write reviews, write trancepedia articles, even add news about trance music if they want.

What is Trancepedia?

Trancepedia is “trance encyclopedia”. It represents an extensive source of information related to trance music. It is divided into several categories for easier navigation:

- general (general info about trance music)
- artists/DJs
- genres (different trance genres explained)
- parties & festivals (info about famous trance parties)
- top lists (all kinds of top lists)

Why should I register?

Do you like meeting other people with similar interests? Do you like talking with other trance music fans? Would you like to have a personalised page with address like http://tranceplanet.org/your_username ? Registration is quick and easy, and it only takes a few seconds to register. After that you can proceed and create your unique profile and start meeting new people.

How do I add favorite artists on my page?

You need to browse through Trancepedia Artists & DJs list or do a search and find artist that you want to add to your favorite list. On the left side, click "I'm a fan of _______ (artist name)!". After that, your favorite artist photo will be displayed on your page. If you want to remove artist from your favorite list - click "Remove me from fan list!" link when viewing a Trancepedia article about specific artist.

I cannot find artist that I want to add to my favorites. What do I do?

Then you can write a new Trancepedia article about your favorite artist. Click "Create -> Trancepedia article" and choose "Artists & DJs" category. Make sure you write at least one paragraph about your favorite artist. Also, upload a photo of him/her.

How do I edit my profile?

At the top of your page (http://tranceplanet.org/your-username) click on "Edit" tab. You will be be taken to a page where you can fill all sorts of information that will be displayed on your page. After you're finished click "Submit". Easy huh?
